Practical guide
Set proposal branding and add job photos
Choose the business details and look used on new proposal drafts, then keep job photos with the draft and its saved history.
In your workspace
Follow these steps.
Set the appearance for new drafts
Open Settings in the workspace menu and find Workspace branding. Enter Business name on proposals and an optional Proposal tagline. Choose an Accent colour if you want one, then select a PNG in Proposal logo to preview it. Logos must be no larger than 128 KiB; choose Remove logo to clear the saved preview.
Choose Save proposal branding. Only a workspace Owner or Admin can change these settings. Saved branding is copied into new proposal drafts; existing proposals keep their saved appearance.
Open a draft and add a photo
Open Proposals, choose a draft and find the Job photos panel. Choose a PNG or JPEG in Choose a job photo, enter an optional caption, then choose Add photo. You can add up to five photos to a proposal.
Photos are stored privately with the proposal and are not available through a public link. They can be included in the proposal PDF.
Save photo captions, order or removals
Edit the photo caption, use Move up or Move down to change its place, or choose Remove. Then choose Save photo changes. Unsaved changes to the proposal text must be saved or discarded before you change its photos.
Photo changes stay in the proposal revision history. A removed photo leaves the current draft photo list, while earlier proposal history remains available.
Export the current saved version
After saving the proposal and photo changes, choose Export PDF on the proposal. Check the downloaded file to confirm the saved details and photos appear as intended. Share it with your customer yourself; this action does not send a message.
See the proposal PDF guide for the rest of the hand-off.
