QuotenivoProposal, quote and invoice follow-up

How it works

From a job enquiry to a quote and invoice you can follow.

Quotenivo gives builders, plumbers and other trades a clear place to prepare a proposal, keep its quote linked and track invoice follow-up.

The workflow

Keep each step clear and connected.

Start with an enquiry. Add the proposal and quote details as you confirm them, then track the invoice and any owner actions.

  1. Capture the job enquiry

Collect a request through your hosted enquiry form or enter it yourself. The original request stays with the job so you can refer back to what the customer asked for.

  2. Prepare a proposal

In Proposals, choose New proposal. Add your own reference, customer and job details, then write the scope, inclusions, exclusions and terms. Add price lines with a description, quantity and unit price, then choose the proposal-level VAT treatment.

  3. Export and share the PDF

Create the draft and open it from the proposal list. Save your latest edits, choose Export PDF, then share the downloaded file with your customer yourself. After you send it, choose Record as sent to save the hand-off in Quotenivo.

  4. Link the quote

Connect the proposal to its Quote record and add the reference you already use. Quotenivo stores that reference with the work; it does not make a unique external quote number for you.

  5. Track the invoice

From the Quote record, choose Create invoice and add your invoice number, amount, currency and dates. On the invoice, review its due date and payment state. Queue chase records a reviewable request; a connected, approved mailbox and current invoice checks are still required for delivery.

  6. Review replies and payment

A customer reply pauses invoice chasing for review. If a customer reports payment, an owner checks their payment records and confirms Paid in Quotenivo. The reply itself is not payment verification.

Getting started

You can look around before connecting a mailbox.

  • Name your workspace and choose your time zone.
  • Add an enquiry through the hosted form or enter one manually.
  • Connect a supported, approved mailbox when you are ready to use invoice chasing.
